Not much of a "Pal" are they? I have been fighting with them for two months to get $659 that Lowes has refunded me back into my checking account. They just keep extending the resolution date. They have all of the necessary proof that the amount was electronically sent to them - and I had to do all the work in getting that to my "Pal".

PayPal dispute/claim resolution team is very bad, they do not see all the evidence provided by the buyer. I felt that they are more favor sellers than buyers as sellers give them commissions????
I am struggling with one dispute and decided that in the future I will never ever again pay anything by PayPal.

They are the worst. I've been battling this for a while now and they just keep bumping the resolution date forward. I've been with them since all they had was Ebay - probably 25 years or so. I guess I should consider myself lucky that this is the first time they've **bleep** me over. But, like you, it will be the last time - so I hope they are enjoyng it!

How did yall even get through to them? No wonder fraud is so prevalent in this country. Can't get help when needed or support. I honestly just think sites like paypal are behind the times and are not as safe as once thought.

I filed a dispute when I had problems with Lowes refunding me in the first place. Now Lowes has provided all evidence that the money was sent back to PayPal - including the actual electronic transmission receipt showing the PayPal account it was sent to, the time (down to the second) that the funds transfer occurred, and it's still not enough to get the $659 put back into my checking account. Here's a tip for them: USE ONSHORE REPS!!!! I actually heard chickens in the background during one of my many, many calls.
