I have received money from from Airbnb and received an e-mail from Paypal asking me to go to resolution centre to provide more information. But there is no to transaction appearing in the resolution centre to report. I tried giving all details to verify the account Now, I'm not sure why whats happening, not only that, it seems that my account is on hold. How do I fix the issue or contact with paypal to help me out ? Do I need to convert my account from personal account to business account ?
