Hello, I have the following issues.
I am from Moldova and the account was created here, in Moldova
I hold 2 currencies in my Paypal account, USD and EUR. I have a debit card in EUR, local bank. I received a payment in EUR, and when I want to transfer money to my local bank account, EUR card, there is applying an conversion to USD and applying usd fee for withdrawing (5 USD). Why I can't withdraw EUR from my PayPal account to my EUR local bank account, without conversion to USD.
In this case, I have to pay fees for conversion EUR to USD in PayPal account and after, fees for convertion from USD to EUR in local Bank Account.
Thank you in advance,
Alex

Withdrawals to bank accounts are always in the local currency of the country.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I read about it on another forums but the problem is that my local curency is MDL (moldavian leu) but in my case, EUR is converting to USD. So as EUR as USD is not my local currency. I just used USD to receive payments from USA, and EUR from Europe. And when I want to withdraw Euro to my euro card ( local bank) they want to convert this firstly to USD

Hi everyone! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. @kernowlass, we appreciate your time on this one! Thank you for helping us to get a solution started.
@Alexandru_Negru, welcome! I'm sorry to hear there's been some a few issues transferring funds out of PayPal. Are you sending money to your bank account or a card attached to your account. If it's to your card, you may need to reach out to our Customer Support teams to update the card's currency to EUR. If you are sending it to your bank, you may want to inquire with our Customer Support as to why it's not being sent in EUR but in USD.
My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause,
- Jon K

Tnak you for you reply. I already wrote to Customer Support but I didn't get a message back yet. Still wait. I will post here if the problem will be solved, but I think on next payment because I couldn't wait so long for Support response, and I had to transfer money with converting fees, unfortunately.
