I see you're having issues with PayPal to Gcash transfers. To link your PayPal and Gcash accounts, your name and email address should match in both accounts. You should have a verified PayPal account to initiate the transfers between Gcash and PayPal accounts. If the credentials match and you are still not able to link your accounts, please contact Gcash Support to get this checked further.
