Why I can't receive payments from website where I work? The payment status at that website is failed second time, and there is no notifications from paypal at all. I am from Ukraine, and from 17th of March Paypal allows to send and recieve money in Ukraine. What can be the problem?
UPD: It says that payment has failed due to "regulatory compliance". What does it mean?
Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link. https://www.paypal.com/ua/smarthelp/article/faq4646
