I got charged $144 CAD for sending $108 USD. That's a conversion rate of 1.34 CAD/1 USD. Why's it so high compared? This already includes a $5 USD fee.

I know that. I'm asking why are they so high? When someone sends me $100 USD, I'll get $122 CAD. If I send someone $100 USD, I'm charged $134. That's a pretty big disparity.
