Which countries accept Paypal in physical stores?

In which countries can I use my Paypal balance to pay in physical stores or to take out cash?

Also, in which countries can I set up a Paypal account that enables physical payment?

For example, I know that in Israel I am not allowed to do any of those.

I understand you'd like to learn more about what features are available for different countries serviced by PayPal. Regrettably, there isn't a specific list with a breakdown for each product per country. To change between PayPal pages per country, you can select the Flag in the bottom right corner of each PayPal page. If you review the PayPal Help Center by selecting 'Help' at the bottom of any PayPal page, you can browse between some of the different options. 

Please keep in mind that you can only open a PayPal account in the country where you live. If you open a PayPal account in a different country, the account will likely not work properly and has a high chance of being limited.
