Where is the refund button?

Hi All.
I go to "Activity" search for the transaction I want to partially refund, and there is no "Issue Refund" option in the "Details" of the transaction. Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong? The order is on a couple of weeks old. It's the same on all orders: no "Issue Refund" anywhere.

Sorry to hear that you're not seeing the 'Issue refund' option to initiate a partial refund to the sender. You can issue a full or partial refund within 180 days from the payment date. I recommend you to try clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device to see if this works. Please refer this page for more information on issuing the refunds. If the issue persists, please reach out to the PayPal Support team to look into this further.
