I had transferred 200 euros from my bank account to my paypal account 2 days ago, but it is still not on it. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening or what I can do about it?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
