Hello everyone! I seem to be having an issue with some money I've gotten from the state. I recently got an echeck and it's been pending for a few days. I was told by a PayPal employee that it would finish pending today, but do far it's still pending and nothing has happened. I'm worried that it isn't gonna clear or it'll take 21 days to finish clearing. I really need this money, so I really hope it doesn't take that long. Can anyone help?
