When will my money release?

Hi, i've received the money from my company on Oct 17 and Paypal notified me that i need to wait for 21 days. I'm done to wait for 21 days and the money available on November 7 which is today, may i know when will Paypal release my money? the company sent the money at 8/9 pm (GMT+7).

Not sure how we would know, that but a guess is the 21 days would not be up until the time the funds were deposited into your paypal balance?
