When a seller refunds does it have a ‘+’ or ‘-‘ next to the amount?

I’ve been sent a photo from the seller showing me that they have refunded the money. I asked for this as on the transaction it doesn’t say it’s being refunded or anything and I haven’t gotten an email about it. I’ve attached the photo they have sent and was just wondering if it was legit or if they have faked it as I’m not sure if the refunded amount should be green with a +. Sorry if this is a silly question just wanting to make sure, thanks in advance.

Yeah, refunds sent is supposed to be in black with a minus sign on seller’s end. Issued refunds on buyer’s end is green with plus sign.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

The picture is from the seller that’s why I’m confused. I’m the buyer and the seller sent me a picture of proof of the refund but I thought that on the sellers end the refund should be in black, but in the photo it’s green.
