When I go to accept my bank account it said to send money link a card/bank why is it not letting me?

I recently linked my bank account and used it the other day for PayPal and everything went fine but I went to go do it today and it said to send money link a card/bank or contact them if there is an issue, why is it not recognizing my bank account anymore? I asked for customer support and the bot told me there was no one to help so please
