What is PayPal's purpose in not paying our money?

A while ago, our PayPal account was closed. As a result, the money inside was blocked for 180 days. We waited for this period and thought that finally, the money was released, but it wasn't. When I try to transfer my money to my bank account, I get an error saying 'Business accounts can't this service' on a mobile device. On a computer, it says 'We're sorry, something's not right. Please try again in a little while.' I don't think these are system errors. It's probably a trap set by PayPal to prevent people from withdrawing their money. Additionally, when I try to connect to live chat for support about this issue, I am greeted every day with an automatic message saying there is no active representative. Then they say they will be active the next day. Each day I try, the date moves forward by one day and I encounter an automatic message. I never manage to speak with a representative. And there is no response to the message I sent through the Message Centre.
Now, in this situation;
We waited 180 days for the money to be released, and it was released, but due to a barrier intentionally set by PayPal, we can't transfer the money to the bank.
PayPal does not respond to the messages sent.
We are intentionally blocked from connecting through live chat, and each day we try, they say they will be active the next day.
We can't reach anyone and can't withdraw our money through normal means. What is PayPal's intention here? How will we transfer our money to our bank?
I am requesting help from the community.
Thank you.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Yep read everything but there is nothing anyone on here can do for account specific issues.
The only folks that can help are customer services. This is not customer services.
This is a user to user advice forum and the only advice I can give you is to provide all the ways to contact them.
If you can't contact them or they can't help then pray what are we supposed to do about it???
You mentioned trying 2 ways of contact, I gave you all of the options.
So, you're welcome.
