What is Courtesy Credit from paypal and how do i use it?

Paypal issued me a $50.00 courtesy credit and it It is listed under wallet and then offers... How do i use it??

My courtesy credit is about to expire and I still have not figure out how to use this credit. I HATE the lack of customer service from PayPal. One of the worst ever!

Unfortunately, the link you provided does not have a solution for this problem. Everyone on the other posting has the same problem.

I did. Sadly, it did not work on the Lowes in the States.
