What could be the problem to her account?

Can't receive payment from someone already on my friends and family list why? Have sent her money and she has sent me money but she is unable to send any money since money the first time she sent this it was auto refunds and she can't send to me anymore but able to send to others

If you are unable to receive payment, here is a possible reason and what you can do:

• There could be a limitation on your PayPal account that blocks you to receive payment temporarily. 

What to do: Remove the limitation to restore your account access.

If there is no limitations and if you are still facing issues receiving payment in your PayPal account, then you may contact our PayPal customer support directly.
