Well I don't understand PayPal anymore keep hold money for long days and they expected me to send items to the buy without received money any single mistake they will limits action access now I want to refund my buy and I don't have access to refund too just keep the money on hold for anything
You are so right. Paypal is being duped by criminal companies who send you something other than what you ordered and at considerably less value. Paypal just accept that they provide evidence of something being sent so do not accept your claim.....and try and respond to a decision if you can.
I intend highlighting this in a social media campaign.
