'We're Sorry, We can't complete this for you at the moment'

When I'm trying to add money to my paypal balance from my debit card, it allows me to put the amount but then when I press next, it says 'We're Sorry, We can't complete this for you at the moment'

Check the link on how to add funds but you do know that you don't need a balance in your paypal account to purchase items?

Paypal will automatically take from any linked and confirmed bank or card during the payment process and you can select which during checkout.

Make sure you have confirmed the bank or card with the 4 digit code and that it is a physical and not a digital/virtual card.

I have also been getting this problem, I know I can buy stuff online with my bank card. However, it is more safe to use a money app like paypal to buy through websites and not putting my actual full bank detail into a sketchy website and expect 100% Safety. And can you make it clear about confirming the bank with the 4 digit code?

Sorry to hear that you've run into some issues while adding money to your PayPal account from our bank account. You have to confirm your bank account before using it to initiate the transactions.
