We couldn't complete your payment for you, check account

Anyone else having this message when trying to pay an invoice in Discogs? - transferred to PayPal page stating "We couldn't complete your payment for you, either check account or return to seller website".

I called PayPal, they said nothing wrong with my account.

I purchased from Discogs an hour previously and had no problems.
