Hey, I am getting error, when I try to buy my product on website from another account
to comply with international regulations this transaction has been declined
My account is Ukranian and another account is UK ( my friend ), we testing our website, because we want to run it soon
Please, tell me What I need to do to resolve it and start to accept payments, thank u very much

Not sure what you mean, are you receiving the payments or the UK account?
If its you then.........
Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.
Advice is voluntary.
