Trying to buy a cleaver from Chase Supplies in San Francisco. PayPal is their default payment but when I arrive at PayPal and am signed in automatically I am signed out before I can click the "Pay Now" button with the message: "We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method."

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to make a payment. I completely sense how disturbing it can be. I suggest you please clear your browser cache, and cookies and then try to send payment. If you continue having issues with your payment, then please contact our PayPal customer support, they will check your account and help you.
