We are planning our 40th Class Reunion, use a paypal account for member to pay?

We are planning our 40th class reunion and we have opened a bank account and have an email.  Can we create a paypal account to use to receive payments for reunion tickets? And if we do will there be a fee for payments or transfers to our bank account?

Personal accounts have to belong to x1 person in their name.

Also you can only have x1 paypal account and x1 business account, you can't have x2 paypal accounts of the same type unfortunately.
