Was Charged for an Order but It Didn’t Go Through

I placed an order on Bob’s Furniture through PayPal. The amount got charged to my Discover card but the order was never processed. There is no confirmation email from Bob’s Furniture nor PayPal. Will the amount that was charged be refunded? It is currently still processing on my Discover card.
