Sorry to hear that you've run into some issues with making purchases using your PayPal account. I understand that would be upsetting you! Not to worry! Every time you try to initiate a transaction, it goes through a series of filters for possible risk. If the system deems any risk, the system may temporarily block the payment from going through or limit the payment options. Such situations can be resolved by trying again at a later date by clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or using a different browser/device.
Also, please make sure that there is no pending issues in your account and you can review any pending actions/issues in the resolution center or notifications tab in your PayPal account.
