Does anybody know what are volume discounts for merchants? I have looked at the fees listed here, but they seem to be higher than the standard rate for receiving domestic transactions listed here. What am I missing?

Sorry but it’s not possible to accept payments in Ukraine (UA). Just for buying or sending money. And besides you were looking at US fees page.
