Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that there was a need for a dispute, but I'll be happy to help with the answer to your question. The refund timeframe would vary depending on some circumstances, Some examples include:
- If the dispute was for Item Not Received, the refund would be instant if the dispute is found in the buyer's favor.
- If the dispute is regarding an Item Not as Described and if found in the buyer's favor, the refund would occur after the item is returned with valid tracking and shows as delivered.
