I ordered a product in December 2023 that I never received despite the merchant's continued insistence that I have. I've communicated with their 'help', 'info' and 'customer service' folks numerous times only to receive a canned email saying the very thing I'm questioning. I finally requested a refund from the merchant via PayPal who replied that they'd tried to refund me but that my PayPal account was 'restricted'. (I can see no restrictions on my account from my account view. I've tried to report this to PayPal but the 'new' interface just loops me around to the same error message page. But I digress.)
My issue, however, is that I requested a refund and sent a reminder request a week later. I cannot see the 'reminder' request on the Activity page for the expanded request. How can I see this as I'm looking for a 'paper trail' of what I've done before proceeding. Thank you
