I want to use my USA PayPal account to purchase something from a Canadian PayPal seller account. Can I do that? And.....is there anything special I may need to do to accomplish that?

I do it all the time with Canadian to US, so I can't imagine that US to Canada would be any different.

Yes!!  I have already had a conversation with the seller I am dealing with.  He told me that he has already done this around 20 times with other customers.  So, I do not foresee any problems.  This will be USA funds (my account) going to a Canadian Seller.  Thanks for your comments here though Grimreepr.

You can use paypal to purchase from any country where paypal operates worldwide.

Normally you pay in the currency of the seller and before you click to pay it will tell you how much in your currency you will be charged from your bank or card.
