I can't withdraw money from my Upwork account, I get a message saying payment failed.

Have you added and confirmed a visa credit card to your paypal account?

Not a visa I added and confirmed a Mastercard

Then you didn't actually read the link I gave you, just said it didn't help. It would have if you had read Section 1 !!!
