I am trying to send money from my Paypal account which is in USD (Primary) to a card in USD also but in a Swiss bank. Paypal wants to send the money in Swiss Franc. But the card is in USD, so the exchange is pointless. How do I cancel that??
Please help. Paypal is annoyingly simple with its minimal design and ton of restrictions. Feels like this should be easier, at least for me, a 29 year old that has been using computers for more than 15 years. Imagine how nana feels.

Ask PayPal with the message center to set the default currency of the card to USD.
