Hello
I had less funds in my bank account this month than the amount of purchases i've made. So i had 15 Euro less than i should. I was shocked by finding out that i owe Paypal around 58 euros. I don't understand how 15 Euros or less could amount to 58 Euros. 20 Euro had been taken from my account as well as a wrong transaction but the other part sent me the money back.
I want to understand how this works.
