Every time I try to transfer money from my paypal balance to my bank account, I get an error message saying there was a problem. My bank has had this issue for months, but my question is how I can use the money I have on my paypal balance? Do I have to open another bank account and transfer it there? I can't pay or send money via paypal if it's not transfered to my bank account?
