I'm getting the error message, "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later."
I've tried on Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
I also tried it on the iphone app and when I do that, it says, "Your payment was denied". Why?

Countries?
Currencies?
Transaction type?
Funding sources?
Using your balance?
New account or sent funds before?
Paying a private person or seller / website or merchant??
