Unable to send invoice and PayPal keeps using my old email

Ive changed my email yet PayPal says its unable to send invoice and requests I verify and old email. Ive changed email on every setting yet it continues to bring up the old email.

No it did not answer my question and was not a solution. I had to call PayPal - solution was in the changing of the template. But how do I delete old ?
