Unable to receive money from my verified bank.

I am unable to receive money from my verified bank account.  I was able to receive money on October 25th, 2022.  I received the following message: 

Things don't appear to be working right now.  Is anyone else having this issue?  Have you resolved this issue?  If so, how?
