Unable to receive funds after receiving email for the same despite confirming my PayPal bank account

I received an email from PayPal five days ago that the company I am currently interning at wants to send me funds. However, I have not received the money in my bank account yet despite the fact that my bank account is confirmed and it is a legitimate transaction. I have tried to call PayPal customer support but they are not receiving any calls at the moment. The FAQ section is not helpful either for this particular case.

U ALSO NEED TO COMPLETE THE KYC ON THE WEBSITE. VERIFY UR BANK ACCOUNT, ADD PAN, PURPOSE CODE.
