Unable to purchase anything via App Store after cancelling automatically approved payments

I recently disabled auto approved payments for apple services after they incorrectly charged me for a subscription, but now I can’t buy anything using apple. It declines the transaction as if I don’t have any balance

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble making purchase on Apple. If you have disabled auto payments for apple services you will not be able to make any purchase, you should contact Apple Support to enable automatic payments to make a future purchase.
