Unable to purchase Exam Vouchers using VISA Debit Card (India)

I am trying to  buy a CompTIA A+ voucher using Paypal  but everytime I try purchasing it gets stuck at a window (Screenshot at the end) after I click Continue. I tried using a different card and a different  PayPal account but the same thing keeps happening. I am using a VISA Debit Card. My card is verified and works  properly  but  still I am unable to make the purchase.

Please Help  me fix this issue.

 I completely understand your situation. I request you to try using a different browser or try clearing the cache or cookies before making the payment. If still you're not able to make payment, I would request you to call us to get the issue resolved. You can find the number to reach us by going to https://www.paypal.com, scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting 'Contact'.
