Unable to pay online

Our PayPal account and bank information are confirmed for over a week, but we are still unable to pay online for our online purchases. It keeps asking us to "add bank information", but the bank status shows "confirmed". Is it normal? What can we do?

Thank you for your post.
We would like to inform you that if there is any limitation got placed under your account there might be a chance you will face issues while making the payment, we are suggesting you have a check on your resolution center if there is any active limitation, if yes you can click here and check hw to remove the account limitation. If there is no limitation placed, there might be a technical glitch, In this case, you can clear the caches/cookies and try to make the payment after a few hours, so the blockage will get lifted and the process will go through.

But it is not because of account limits.
Would it have something to do with only one payment method? Do we have to have more than one bank or credit card?
