Hi, I received a payment from a company I worked for. PayPal sent me an email saying I received payment and I should claim my money, When I click on "claim your money" it tells me there's an error and I should try again later or contact the support center, is there anyone who has an answer or solution for me please, my primary currency is USD and it was sent to me in dollars, I have also confirmed my email address so I don't know what else it could be.
The money will be sent back to the sender if I don't claim it by the 12th of May.
Please help me.

Hi @shabierrossie89,
Sorry to hear that you are having issues claiming your payment. If the email address you received the payment to is confirmed then you should be able to claim the payment. I would check on your Resolution centre to ensure that there are no open issues there that would prevent you from receiving payments. This may help.
