Unable to cancel the automatic payment

I am trying to cancel automatic payments in my account. But When I am clicking on Cancel, I am stuck on the "Confirming with your bank" process. It's not getting completed.

Did anyone face this? I am using Chrome Browser with no ad-blockers.

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to cancel the automatic payment yet! I would recommend working through a few trouble shooting steps. If you haven't done so, I would start by clearing your cache and cookies. If you're still unable to cancel the automatic payment, you can also try to switch browsers. Lastly, if the trouble persists then it would be best to get in touch with our customer support team by selecting Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. I hope this helps!
