Unable to accept payment

How do I fix when attempting to accept a payment, it taking me to the log in page and repeating it? Everytime I’ve attempted to accept a payment, the log in screen is loaded. I’ll log in again and this repeats. I’ve tried mobile and desktop with the same results.

I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced while trying to accept the payment, If you are trying on the desktop I am suggesting you clear the caches/cookies and try to log in to your PayPal account and accept the payment or you can also try to use different browser so if there is any glitch it will get fixed and the process will go through. If you are trying with your mobile app, I am requesting you to uninstall the app try to re-install it again, and log in to your account, so the error will get fixed and the process will go through.

Unfortunately these options also did not work. Thank you for the suggestions. Not sure what to do now…
