Hello, I am asking on behalf of a friend of my from Uganda. Paypal does not allow accounts held by Uganda residents to connect a bank account directly, so does anyone have an idea how to withdraw money? Basically they are raising money forn a town orphanage, they have a bank account in centenary bank, but lots of fundraising sites require connecting a payment processor, and do not have an option of using Mobile money transfer (the way I send them money from time to time).
