Hi Udemy said they paid to my Paypal(email A) and provided transaction IDs. I called Paypal, Paypal confirmed those transaction IDs were not paid to Email A. How do I continue to investigate this issue? Currently, Udemy asked me to provide a proof that Paypal said thoese transaction IDs were not sent to email A, but I was told by phone. What should I do now?
