USD withdrawals in Chile?

Hi everyone I live in chile and need to withdraw USD into a Chilean bank account. Will paypal let me withdraw USD? Or default to CLP becuase of my location? My bank will not accept international deposits of CLP and said they will only accept USD deposits. Thankyou Luna

Transfers on paypal to local bank accounts is always in local currency.
