UK business account errors when people donate so can’t receive money :( . Any fixes?

Title says it all really. Have had people try to donate to me either directly with my email or through streamlabs PayPal plus and they keep getting errors. Only twice has someone managed to get through an error and donate but most have errors on every attempt. Anyone know a fix?

To ensure your account is set up to accept payments, I recommend ensuring your emails and phone numbers are both confirmed, your account is fully verified, as well as your identity. When connecting to another account to receive payments, such as Streamlabs, you'll want to ensure you're using the same email that's on your PayPal account. If the senders continue to receive errors, please have them double-check these troubleshooting steps on our Help Center.
