Two same payments - one on hold, one released

Hello,

please help me, I received two payments from the same person, one day apart. They were half payments for one service. I update payments in Activity as services (not goods, I didn't sell product and don`t have shipping number). The second (later) payment was released 7 days after. And the first one is still on hold, since 24th of July. What else can I do? When will my money be released? Where can I write to customer service? Thank you in advance.

 IF you have received the funds for a service / virtual or digital sale OR no tracking number is applicable Paypal would be unable to release the funds any sooner than 21 days.

However if you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner ie 7 days after the buyer verifies. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
