Trying to move $ from debit card to bank

Trying to transfer money from a Visa debit card to a bank account using PayPal as the intermediary but I can't see the linked Visa card when I try transfer money OR add money to PayPal.  Help!!

I understand that you're trying to transfer funds. Please note that you won't be able to transfer funds directly from your card to your bank account using PayPal. You can either withdraw funds from your PayPal balance to your bank/card or add money from your linked funding source only. To see the transfer method that is available in your country, log in to your PayPal account and click Transfer money to view the options. If you're unable to view the financials, it might be due to the risk factor if the system deems a transaction to be a potentially high risk, the system may limit the payment options or block the transaction from going through together.
