Trying to buy something off ebay and it wont let me

Trying to buy something off ebay and it wont let me and says "check your papal to complete your purchase". And after that i tried again but this time it didn't even let me add the card to my paypal saying "you cant use this card for this transaction". What do i need to do to fix it?

What funding source do you have linked to your PayPal account?

You can only add and remove banks or cards a certain amount of times in the lifetime of those cards or bank.

Also remember that not all sellers ship to every country.

A normal credit card, Mastercard is the company. The seller is from the uk and says he ships to the US, where I need it to be shipped. When I talked to my credit card company they said it has something to do with paypal

You have an Israeli paypal account so that would be a problem if you want to try and alter the shipping address on paypal or ebay to send it to the U.S.
