Trustly is not available in my country. How to transfer money now?

Hi!

I live in Slovenia and Trustly is not available in my country.

I want to transfer money from my bank to PayPal to then transfer money to my Revolut account.

I confirmed everything I needed to on PP but nothing has changed. 

How can I fix this because I really want to start using PayPal but am currently unable to do so?
